St. Andrews Seaside Sauna, is 1 of 3 Scottish Seaside Sauna sites, around The Fife Coast, including Elie Seaside Sauna and Cellardyke Seaside Sauna.

The saunas' founder and director, Judith Dunlop, grew-up swimming and walking on The Fife Coast and has noticed many changes throughout her life. Judith’s aim is to get more people outside, connecting with nature, learning about and building empathy and understanding for, the natural environment, whilst building empathy for and understanding of, themselves and others.

Her aim is that we, as individuals and a society, take better care of ourselves, each other, our communities and nature.
